Really what happened to the customer being right? Finally a credit was given to lower the bill. After I was able to successfully dispute everything the manager was saying as she tried to make me feel like I searched the restaurant and found that menu myself. Then the items you ordered aren't on the lunch menu. Then our register won't let us enter items from the Lunch menu on Sundays so we can't use the same prices. When I asked what happened I was told I don't know how you got this menu, which was still on the table but we don't offer a lunch menu on weekends. When my bill was delivered I was not charged dinner prices. I ordered pointing to the items I wanted from the Lunch menu on my phone. Some participants wanted to order off the dinner menu so one was provided. We also received the Dimsom menu only available on Sundays. Service was not! Upon Sunday at 2p for my grandson's birthday celebration was presented with the Lunch menu card to download the menu to my phone.
